Check in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Detailed arrival instructions and a property guide are sent the day before your stay; the on-site team is on hand to greet you if you prefer.
Is there parking on the property?+
Yes — free private parking on premises behind a secure gate, with room for multiple vehicles.
How close is the beach?+
Playa Hermosa is roughly a 3-minute walk (about 200 feet) down a quiet lane. Towels, a cooler, and beach chairs are kept by the entrance for guests to take down.
Can you arrange a private chef or additional staff?+
Absolutely. Housekeeping is included, and the concierge can book a private chef, in-villa massages, surf instructors, sport-fishing charters, and airport transfers on request — just ask before or during your stay.
What are the house rules?+
No parties or events, no smoking indoors, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. Children are warmly welcomed; pets considered on request. Maximum 12 guests.
